Mike Lueck

Pitching Instructor

As a senior at Eden Prairie High School Mike was part of the 2004 state championship baseball team.  He went on to play at the University of North Dakota where he was a three year starting pitcher.  He was named NCC conference pitcher of the week twice along with receive All-conference honorable mention honors as a junior.  In his final game before needing Tommy Johns Surgery he passed Phil Jackson, the Lakers Coach, for eighth place all time in strike outs for UND.  He is also tenth all time in complete games.  In the summer of 2008 Mike played for the Brainers Blue Thunder in the Northwoods league where he was named NWL pitcher of the night once and was runner-up three more times. While at UND Mike majored in Exercise Science with a coaching minor. Along with coaching baseball he also coaches youth hockey.
