In a day that trout had concerns over his work. Nothing felt right in his set up, gather or swing. He worked on a couple different things (mostly lower half). Once the game started, he had 4 AB's and 4 different stances. Finally getting to the right set up, that allowed him to get behind the ball and deliver a sick swing for a Homer
His front side/leg would angle out towards 2nd base. The adjustment was made before the 2nd AB. He was going to get his lead knee, and tuck it underneath him just a tick more. This will keep him close longer and should shorten up his stride
He over cook the move, so he couldn't get off a swing. He said he felt tied up. He struck out looking. He worked on it between innings in the cage
after his 3rd AB, he had the feel. He just missing a HR. Really good swing. Still had a little drift that made him catch it out front
