• Softball &/Or baseballs provided
• There is an L-Screen in each cage. 
• All athletes using the facility must supply their own glove, bat, and helmet

Please, no gum or sunflower seeds in the facility.

*Please note that a $10 fee will be charged to your rental if ALL Baseballs or Softballs are not cleaned up at the end of the Rental

Hit Dawg does NOT allow outside instructors/coaches to run practices or lessons for which they are paid for by an individual player, group of players, or team.

Batting Cage Rental Policy

Purpose:
To establish clear guidelines for the rental of batting cages, ensuring fair access while accommodating existing commitments such as lessons, clinics, team rentals, and academy practices.

Rental Requests:

1. Advance Notice: All rental requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the desired rental time. This allows us to accommodate existing schedules effectively.

2. Multiple Dates Submission: Renters must provide a list of multiple dates and time slots when submitting their rental request. This will help in determining availability and facilitate booking.

3. Availability Constraints: Please note that batting cages may not always be available due to prior commitments, including lessons, clinics, team rentals, and academy practices. All bookings will be confirmed based on current scheduling.

Confirmation Process:
- Upon receiving a rental request, management will review the requested dates and times against the existing schedule.
- Renters will receive a confirmation notification or an alternative suggestion within 24 hours of their request.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations should be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may incur a fee.

Payment Terms:
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Accepted payment methods will include cash, credit/debit cards, or Venmo.
